In movie tells a story about a San Francisco musican named Goh Nakamura. He makes a barely living by playing on the street and teaching guitar. However his solitude life is changed by been hierd to teach TV actor Danny Turner how to play guitar for an upcoming film. The two guys together embark on a West Coast adventure involving live gigs, groupies, shotgun-wielding record exes and an unexpected friendship. For a long time touching, Goh comes across his high school girl friend Rachel, everything goes mass.
